About Kate

Born in the UK, I spent 10 years in South Africa where my son was born and I went on to study at the College of Applied Psychology to be a Life Coach. With a passionate interest in nutrition, and a return to the the UK, I decided to broaden and formalise my knowledge with a diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching from the Institute of Health Science for a more holistic approach to assist my clients. This year I completed a Specialist Certification in Menopause Coaching with a focus on nutrition, exercise, lifestyle and mindset.

can get in the way sometimes and have a detrimental effect on wellbeing, with little time to focus on self care and nutrition. With a broad-reaching approach and flexibility to work with other specialists, I help my clients to regain energy to help them navigate difficult times. This in turn supports a move towards improved health, addressing root cause to gut and hormonal imbalance.

Through my personalised approach, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve full body wellness. Often simple, small changes to diet and exercise combined with supplements and health tips create health promoting habits - clients will feel empowered to implement change to improve their overall health and enjoy the results.
